Sakura Ya’s menu offers an incredible variety of dishes that truly bring the best of Japanese cuisine to the table. As someone who loves fresh, flavorful bites, I was delighted by the impressive selection of sushi and sashimi. The Freshwater Eel sushi stands out with its rich, smoky flavor, while the delicate White Tuna sashimi (served in two pieces) is a refreshing, melt-in-your-mouth experience. For a more adventurous bite, the Garlic Tuna sushi offers a unique twist, blending the tender fish with a bold garlic infusion that’s sure to satisfy your taste buds.
If you’re looking for something hearty, the Sushi Lunch Specials are a fantastic choice. The Shrimp Tempura Roll is perfectly crispy, while the Spicy Crab Roll brings just the right amount of heat and flavor. I also couldn’t resist the California Roll and the refreshing Vegetable Roll, both of which are light, yet satisfying.
For appetizers, Sakura Ya doesn't disappoint either. The Baked Green Mussels are a savory delight, and the Salt Pepper Calamari is crispy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. If you’re a fan of fried snacks, the Fried Spam Musubi is an absolute must-try—crispy on the outside with a soft, savory center. The Shumai and Crispy Shrimp Egg Rolls are also perfect for those looking to enjoy a range of flavors before diving into the main event.
For soups, the Tonkotsu Soup offers a rich and hearty broth, while the Crispy Fish Salad provides a refreshing balance to the more savory dishes. Don’t forget to try their Octopus Carpaccio and Sake Kama, a combination that brings bold, fresh flavors to any meal.
Whether you’re in the mood for sushi, rolls, or appetizers, Sakura Ya delivers a memorable culinary experience with every bite.
